摘要
生态住区评估是衡量住宅与住宅区环境性能并指导开发建设的工具。本文以目前国际上具有一定代表性的两个评估体系——英国的BREEAM和美国的LEED为例,对其中有关生态住区的评估思路和工具展开分析,以期借他山之石,对我国生态住区的建设和评估工作提供参考。
The eco-community is an inevitable trend in the development of residential areas. Two assessment systems of eco-community which was respectively formulated by Britain and America are selected and studied contrastively in this paper. By analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of two assessment systems, it puts forward several constructive suggestions for the development of eco-community in china.
