摘要
随着虚拟企业作为一种新的资源配置方式逐渐被广泛的接受和采用,虚拟企业的治理问题也成为提高虚拟企业成功率的关键。由于虚拟企业一般是基于合作项目的,因此可从虚拟企业项目的治理入手去解决此问题。在分析项目治理思路的基础上,基于资源观理论对虚拟企业中成员企业的需求状况进行了分析,对拥有不同类型资源的企业在确定项目合作伙伴时可能会选择的契约关系类型进行了研究,提出了分析虚拟企业项目治理中成员间关系的新思路。
With the wide recognition and adoption of virtual organization as an innovative mode of resource allocation, its governance has become a key to its effectiveness and efficiency. Because virtual organization is usually based on projects, we can explore this problem from the perspective of project governance. By analyzing the road- map of project governance, this paper examines from the resource-based view the requirements and contract preferences of member firms in possession of different resources, and puts forth a number of propositions to facilitate empirical test of the interrelationship among the member firms.
