摘要
通过在D6114ZLQB柴油机上进行D30混合燃料与0#柴油的性能对比实验,研究了D30混合燃料对柴油机性能的影响,并通过优化发动机供油系统参数,寻求燃用D30混合燃料的最佳排放。实验结果表明,原机供油系统经优化后燃用D30混合燃料,发动机的动力性与原柴油机相当,燃油经济性有所改善,PM排放大幅度下降,NOx在整个负荷范围内得到有效控制。
According to making the performance comparison experiments of D30 mixed fuel and 0# diesel on D6114ZLQB diesel engine, this paper has studied the influence of D30 mixed fuel on the performance of diesel engine. The experiment was conducted to find the least pollution proportion of D30 mixed fuel in the engine by optimizing the parameters of combustion system. The results show that the original power performance can be maintained when the D30 blended fuel is fueled after optimizing the parameters of combustion systems. However, the fuel economy is improved, the PM emission is largely decreased, and the NOx emission is under control at the whole load range.
