摘要
通过对石斛茎部内生真菌进行分离鉴定,将这些菌分属3亚门,5纲,8目,10科,12属,其中子囊菌和半知菌为优势菌。
The endophytic fungi in the stem of Dendrobium candex are isolated and identified. The results show that these fungal isolates belong to 12 genera in 10 families, 8 orders, 5 classes and 3 subphylums. The dominant species are ascomycetes and deuteromycetes.
