摘要 综述了国内外Ca/Zn复合热稳定剂及辅助热稳定剂的作用机理、研究进展。Ca/Zn复合热稳定剂与辅助热稳定剂并用,可以抑制ZnCl2对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的催化降解和"锌烧"现象,延长PVC的热稳定时间;进一步提高Ca/Zn复合热稳定剂的热稳定性能,加大其在硬质PVC中的应用,是今后Ca/Zn复合热稳定剂的发展方向。 The research progress and mechanism of Ca/Zn compound heat stabilizer at home and abroad were discussed. The catalytic degradation and "zinc burning" phenomena of PVC caused by ZnCl2 could be restrained, and the heat stabilization time of PVC could also be prolonged by compounding Ca/Zn heat stabilizer and auxiliary heat stabilizer. The development direction of Ca/ Zn compound heat stabilizer is to improve the heat stabilization property and increase the use amount of it in rigid PVC.
