摘要
采用190℃空气箱老化法、N2氛围,50~650℃热分析法、动态混炼法和流变仪对酯基硫醇锡(甲酯)和甲基硫醇锡的热稳定性、透明性和加工性能进行了对比分析。实验结果表明:在180~190℃、25min之内,酯基硫醇锡(甲酯)/PVC复合体系的静、动态热稳定性能良好,透明性与甲基硫醇锡/PVC复合体系基本一致。热重分析实验结果表明:酯基硫醇锡(甲酯)对PVC具有良好的初期热稳定性,但当温度超过185℃,酯基硫醇锡(甲酯)/PVC复合体系的降解速率加快。流变实验结果表明:酯基硫醇锡(甲酯)/PVC复合体系具有良好的加工流动性。
The comparative analysis on the thermal stability, transparence and rheological properties of plasticized PVC (polyvinyl chloride) films with estertins mercaptide (methyl acrylate) and methyltins mercaptide were investigated by heating in a circulation oven at 190℃, TGA analysis from 50 ℃ to 600℃, N 2 atmosphere, dynamic mixing test, and rheometer, respectively. The results showed that the film with estertins mercaptide (methyl acrylate) was proved to have the good thermal stability, transmittance rate and good processing mobility within 25 min from 180 ℃ to 190 ℃. But the degradation rate became faster than that of the film with methyltins mercaptide when the temperature was over 185 ℃.
