摘要
企业的网络能力影响着企业知识的有效获取。运用典型相关分析方法canonical correlation analysismethod对企业的网络能力与企业知识的有效获取进行了实证分析。结果表明:企业的网络能力与其知识的有效获取之间呈高度相关性,企业在网络中的占位能力和企业对于网络整体的规划能力是影响企业知识有效获取的主要因素。
Enterprise network capacity to influence effective acquisition of enterprise knowledge. Empirical analysis on enterprise network capacity and knowledge acquisition is performed by using canonical correlation analysis method in this paper. The results show that： there was a high degree of correlation between the enterprise network capacity and its ability to effectively acquire knowledge , the taking - up position ability of enterprise in network and the planning ability for overall network were main factors to influence effective acquisition of enterprises＇ knowledge.
