摘要
针对50~6mm级入选原煤特点和干燥要求,提出了振动穿流床干燥新方法,结合试验结果,对该方法的干燥机理进行了详细的理论分析.研究表明该方法具有快速干燥、均匀干燥及物料升温吸热少的优点,仅需6s左右即可使煤样外在水降低到1%以下.过干燥和欠干燥物料很少,有效地提高了热能利用率.
Aiming at the characteristics of raw coal with a particle size of 50 ̄6mm and its drying requirements, a new drying method named hot gas penetrating vibration bed drying is put forward and a detailed theoretical analysis of drying mechanism of this method is presented on the basis of experimental results. It is proven that the method is characterized by fast drying (only 6 seconds are needed to reduce the water content to less than 1%), homogeneous drying (few over dried or under dried coal), and less heat absorption.
