摘要
以南雄产银杏(GinkgobilobaL.)为材料,以0℃的冰水混合物为冷却介质,研究了不同冷冲击处理(1h,2h,3h,4h)对贮藏期间银杏硬化的影响结果表明,冷冲击处理能显著地控制白果的硬化。
The material for experiment was Ginkgo biloba L. The ginkgo seeds treated with ice water (0℃) for different duration (1 h,2 h,3 h,4 h) and then stored at room temperature were used to study the influence of cold shock on desiccation during storage. The results showed that cold shock treatment refrained desiccation, and the degree of refrainment was increasing with the duration of cold shock treatment.
