铝锆碳滑板材料在钙处理钢液中的侵蚀行为 被引量:1

Erosion Behaviour of Al_2O_3-ZrO_2-C Slide Nozzle Plate Material in Calcium Treatment Liquid Steel

摘要 采用旋转抗渣法研究了试样转速、钙处理钢液温度对铝锆碳材料在钙处理钢液中平均溶解速率的影响,结果发现铝锆碳材料的平均溶解速率随转速的增大而增大,它在钙处理钢液中的溶解过程不与扩散控制过程类似;铝锆碳材料的平均溶解速率随钙处理钢液温度的提高而迅速增加。铝锆碳材料的侵蚀机理为钙处理钢液中CaO侵入铝锆碳试样内部,使得试样中Al2O3、SiO2与之发生反应,形成低熔物,低熔物进入钢液中导致溶损。 The effects of rotating speed and temperature on the resolution velocity of Al2O3-ZrO2-C material in cal- cium treatment liquid steel were studied. The results revealed that the average resolution velocity of this material increased with the rise of rotating speed. It could be concluded that the resolution process of Al2O3-ZRO2-C mate- rial in calcium treatment liquid steel was not similar to the process controlled by diffusion. The average resolution velocity of Al2O3-ZrO2-C material increased rapidly with the rise of temperature of liquid steel. The erosion of Al2O3-ZrO2-C material was caused by low temperature phases that were formed when Ca and CaO in the liquid steel reacted with Al2 O3, SiO2 in slide nozzle plate, and these low temperature phases entered liquid steel.
