摘要
用旋转试样法研究了不同MgO含量和碱度的精炼渣对RH用镁铬砖的侵蚀行为.结果表明,随着渣中MgO含量的增加,渣系粘度明显增大,侵蚀明显减小.碱度为1 4时,侵蚀最大.碱度为1 8时,渣系对镁铬砖的侵蚀最小.超过此值时,随着渣系碱度的增大,侵蚀量不同.
The effects of different MgO contents and basicities of slag on the corrosion of MgO-Cr_2O_3 refractory used for RH lining was studied by dynamic method. The conclusions can be drown as follows. With the increasing of MgO content, the corrosion decrease. When the MgO content is high, the viscosity of the slag is high. When the slag basicity is 1.4, the corrosion of specimens is the most. When slag basicity is 1.8, the corrosion is the least. And, when the slag basicity exceeds the value of 1.8, with the increasing of basicity, the corrosion of specimen is different.
