摘要
本文对自行研制的中草药方剂疏风清热散与银翘散对猪流感的防治效果进行对比试验。在猪流感抗体阴性试验场临床健康猪群中随机选取60头体重(约30kg)和体况基本一致的猪,随机分成3个组,每组20头,第1组和第2组分别为疏风清热散和银翘散试验组,第3组为对照组(不给药)。预防效果试验给药1/5剂/(d·头),粉碎均匀分2次拌入料中喂服;治疗效果试验给药1剂/(d·头),煎后分2次喂服,给药时间均为5d。结果显示,两种方剂对预防和治疗猪流感均有较好效果,但疏风清热散的防治作用优于银翘散。
Two self-developed prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine including ＂powder dispelling wind and reducing heat＂ and ＂powder of lonicera and forsythia＂ , were compared for their control efficiency to swine flu in the experiment.60 pigs with body weight of about 30 kg were randomly divided into 3 groups,and each had 20.Group 1 and group 2 were fed with ＂powder dispelling wind and reducing heat＂ and ＂powder of lonicera and forcythia＂ respectively, and group 3 was the control.The dose of medicine was one fifth of a dose per day in the experiment for preventing effi- ciency,and was one dose in the experiment for curing efficiency.The dosages were given for 5 days.The medicine was mixed into the diets and fed to the swine twice every day.The results showed that both of these two descriptions could prevent and cure swine flu ,and the preventing efficiency of ＂powder dispelling wind and reducing heat＂ was better than that of ＂powder of lonicera and forcythia＂.
