摘要
为了应对全球气候变暖的问题,联合国气候变化委员会引入了清洁发展机制(CDM),对温室气体进行减排。基准线直接决定着CDM项目的减碳量和环境效益,也是目前关于CDM研究和谈判的焦点之一;通过对燃烧机理分析建模,得出基准线排放量的计算公式,从燃烧理论方面确定了锅炉改造CDM基准线方法;并以某电厂锅炉参数为例,应用数值软件分析证明了方法的可行性及排放量与负荷的基本关系,为锅炉节能减排提供了参考,也为锅炉改造CDM方法学开发提供了理论依据。
In order to deal with the problem of global warming, the United Nations Panel on Climate Change introduced the clean development mechanism (CDM) to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases. The baseline directly determines carbon emission reduction and environmental benefits in the CDM projects, which is also one of the focal points of the current negotiations and research on CDM. By analysis of combustion mechanism modeling, baseline emissions formula was derived. CDM baseline methodologies were fixed based on the theory of combustion. Taking parameters of a power plant boiler as an example, the feasibility of the method and the basic relation between emissions and load was proved by using the numerical analysis software. This method provides a reference for the boiler energy-saving and emission reduction and provides a theoretical basis for the development of boiler reformation CDM methodology
