摘要
本系列讲座详细介绍了有关清洁发展机制(CDM)的基本知识,以及CDM在国内外的发展现状,并根据我国的国情,指出了CDM在中国实施的重要意义。本讲主要介绍了有关清洁发展机制的几个基本概念:基准线、额外性、项目边界和泄漏以及监测方法等,通过简单而易懂的实例将问题进一步阐述清楚。
In this course, the basic knowledge and development state of the Clean Development Mechanism （CDM） in the world is introduced. According to the situation of our country, it is considered that it is very important and significant to implement CDM in China. This part is a piece of science popularization, and it introduces mainly some basic concepts of CDM ： baseline, extra, project boundary and leakage and monitoring methodology, etc. using simple and understandable examples to discuss problems more clearly.
