摘要
鲜酵母经醋酸溶液抽提后得含 GSH的抽提液。将对氨基苯汞乙酸连接到聚苯乙烯 -二乙烯基苯载体上 ,形成含有机汞的化学亲和树脂 ,用于吸附上述抽提液中的 GSH。以 0 .2 5mol/ L盐酸溶液进行洗脱 ,得到提纯的 GSH。 GSH用紫外分光光度法测定。样品的回收率为 83%。表明该方法是一种有效的分离纯化
Fresh yeasts were extracted with acetic acid, then cooled quickly followed by contrifugation. The affinity chromatographic column which contained organic mercury was applied to absord GSH from the extrait. The desorption process was performed with 0.25mol/L hydrochloric acid as a desorbent thus GSH was obtained. The result showed the recovery of GSH was 83%. It indicates that the method is effcient to separation and purification of GSH.
