注重临床生化检验干化学定标的细节问题 被引量：1

摘要 急诊实验室是连接检验科与临床科室之间的重要窗口，对提高检验结果的准确性以及全面提升检验科工作质量显得尤为重要。下面仅就积水潭医院实验室在生化干化学检测定标过程中所遇到的问题及处理方法与大家进行交流。急诊实验室用于生化项目检测的是Vitros250全自动干式生化分析仪，仪器有其良好的测试稳定性，与常规化学检测结果也有良好的相关性。笔者在实际工作中偶然发现两个不同批号干片测定结果相差很大，以碱性磷酸酶（AKP）检测为例，虽然用两个批号干片测得的质控值均在可接受范围（ROM）内，但是测得病人的结果却相差很大，笔者用10份病人新鲜血清标本进行了比对实验证实。
