摘要
目的 观察青光眼术后并发白内障颞侧隧道式切口白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法 33例 36眼 ,术后密切观察眼压和视力 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 术后 1周平均眼压 (1 5 82±5 47)mmHg与术前平均眼压 (1 7 55± 4 2 0 )mmHg相比差异无显著性 (t=1 .30 5 ,P >0 0 5) ;术后 1周视力≥ 0 5者 2 1眼 (64 7% )。
Objective To investigate the effect of intraocular lens implantation with extracapsular cataract extraction through temperal tunnel incision on eyes after anti gloucoma surgery.Methods In 33 cases 36 eyes,the introcular pressure and visual acuity were observed and analyzed statistically.Results IOP was 17.55±4.20 mmHg preoperatively,and was 15.82±5.47 mmHg l week after operation( t=1.305,P>0.05 ).The visual acuity is 0.5 or better in 21 eyes (64.7%) at 1 week after operation.Conclusion The operation is effective method to treat cataract after anti gloucoma surgery.
