摘要
以人为本的学生管理模式就是从学生的根本利益出发,在指导思想上,要真正以学生为本,确立和尊重学生在教育活动中的主体地位,以实现学生的全面、和谐、持续发展为旨归;在工作方法上,尊重学生的个性特点,让学校的一切活动都为满足学生的成长和发展而设计、而组织;在工作措施中,要鼓励学生自信、自强,着力培养他们全面而和谐的素质和鲜明的个性,尤其注重培养他们的创造力与持续的自我发展能力;在管理实践中,要突出每一个学生的价值与地位,让他们的发展与社会价值的实现紧密结合起来。
The human-centered requires that the managing should be student-managing mode, which is based on the prime benefits of students, student-centered in the real sense, taking and respecting students as the main body in educational activities, and should be targeted at achieving the all-round, harmonious and sustainable development of students, that all the activities in school should be organized for the purpose of helping students with their development and growth on the basis of respecting their individuality, that effort should be made to encourage students to be confident and self-dependent and to cultivate them into people of featured personality who can deal with others in a harmonious way, with special attention being paid to the cultivation of their being creative and gaining the capability of developing themselves in a sustainable way, that students' value and role in the managing practice should be highlighted, building a bridge between their development and the realization of their value in society.
