摘要
对于蛇毒的解毒和蛇伤的治疗,除了特效的抗毒血清外,一些化学物质,包括植物药,动物体中成分,化学药品等,通过不同作用方式,对蛇毒也有不同程度的解毒作用,有的也已试用于临床,以弥补抗毒血清的不足。本文综述了这方面的进展。
For the antitoxic effect on snake venom and snakebite therapy there are a lot of materials includding herbs, components of animals and chemicals through their different mechanisms with different efficacy except specific antivenom. Some of them had been tested for snakebite treatment to compensate the deficient of antivenore. This paper reviews the progress in this field.
