摘要
近年来房屋专项维修资金制度得到了很大程度的完善,但在归集、保管和使用等方面仍存在着诸多的问题。本文结合2008年2月新颁布的《住宅专项维修资金管理办法》推进的效果,就促进业主委员会的成立、研究合理的专项资金管理框架、建立房屋维修服务平台等问题展开讨论并提出建议。
Regulation of the special fund for housing maintenance is in great progress during recent years.But problems in payment, safekeeping, and utilization still remain.Combining the effects after enacting law on regulations on special fund for housing maintenance in Feb.2008, this article discusses issues in facilitating the forming of owner s committee, improving the management of special fund, and establishing platform for housing maintenance service.
