摘要
农村剩余劳动力转移就业是农民增收、消除我国二元结构、建设和谐社会的重要途径。虽然我国农村劳动力转移已取得很大的成绩,但农村剩余劳动力转移就业的任务还很艰巨,要完成这一任务,要抓住主要矛盾,统筹城乡就业,改善农村剩余劳动力转移就业环境,加大对农村的人力资源开发投入,加快现代高效农业和二、三产业的发展,拓宽农村剩余劳动力的就业渠道。
Rural surplus labor transfer is an important way to smooth away dual construction Of our country and to build harmonious society . Although great achievements of transferring rural surplus labor have been obtained, the task is very harsh nowadays . To finish the task , the followings must be done ： to grasp principal contradiction , to unify employment of urban and rural , to ameliorate environment of rural surplus labor transfer , to increase exploiting investment into rural human resources ,to accelerate the development of modern highly efficient agriculture ,secondary and tertiary industry , to widen employment channel of rural surplus labor force.
