摘要
本文从分析区域管理人才需求及地理人才素质着手．提出了区域科学管理的必要性．得出地理人才所具备的区域观念、综合分析能力在区域管理工作方而可发挥其优势．并提出有关区域管理学科研究的重要内容。
This paper proceeds from analysing the demand for regional administration talentsand the quality of geographic talents.and states the necessarity of regional sienceadmmistration. It concludes that the geographic talents with regional view points andsynthetic analysis ability have superiority in regional admmistrations. At last. it pointsout the important contentk on the regional administration subject research.
