摘要
根据重油掺水乳化燃烧实践中现有乳化设备（乳化器）运行不够理想及设备复杂等实际情况，联系某厂重油掺水乳化燃烧的实践，提出了重油掺水乳化燃烧过程中泵代乳化器的思想，并简述了泵代乳化器油系统工作原理及操作步骤，提出了进一步改进的措施和思路。
Based on the industrial practice in combustion of heavy oil mixed with water, a new idea of pump replacing emulsifier is proposed to overcome the bad performance and complexity for traditonal apparatus. The work principles and operation procedures are introduced and further improvements are discussed.
