小油枪燃油磁化燃烧特性的试验研究

摘要 通过建立的磁化小油枪试验装置,探讨了燃油、助燃风、雾化空气三者分别在不同磁场强度下磁化后,锅炉烟气中CO、CO_2、NO_x等气体含量,炉内温度等的变化规律,结果表明,使用0.18T的磁场对燃油及助燃风分别磁化可使锅炉热效率提高,有害气体排放量显著降低,雾化空气磁化对小油枪燃烧没有明显效果,使用0.18T的磁场对燃油和助燃风同时进行磁化,可使燃烧产物中CO含量显著下降,降幅接近50%,NO_x含量下降近30%,炉内温度水平整体提高,达到了较好的节能减排效果。研究结果为磁化小油枪的工业应用提供了基础。 A magnetized small oil gun burning test system has been established. A great number of experiments have been conducted on the boiler's combustion efficiency, the exhaust smoke temperature, and the harmful gas emission when the fuel oil, burningassisting wind and atomizing air were magnetized. The effect of different magnetism intensities and its regularity was discussed. The result shows that a magnetic field installed on the fuel oil pipe and burningassisting wind pipe can improve the fuel oil's burning effect, saving energy, forming low-oxygen working condition, and lessen the environmental pollution effectively.
