摘要
由于特殊的形势需要,中国共产党关于公平和效率的关系的观念是不断变化、因时而异的,各个时期在公平与效率上的侧重点有所不同,这揭示了党的公平效率观演变的内在逻辑,即不断走向维护公平与效率的相对平衡,从而实现我国社会主义和谐社会的构建。
The Communist Party of China is a party guided by Marxism, whose ultimate goal is to achieve the equal status between people, to realize communism characterized by ＂being from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs＂, and to get individual comprehensive development and social justice. In different periods, the CPC has different concepts of justice and efficiency, and the interrelation of justice and efficiency is different. This paper introduces the evolvement of the concepts of justice and efficiency, and illustrates the inside logic of the historical evolvement. The conclusion is that the CPC constantly goes to the balance of justice and efficiency, which is needed for the construetian of socialist harmonious society.
