摘要
立足于女大学生本身,阐述并分析了提高女大学生就业竞争能力的有效方法。指出女大学生一定要树立自尊、自信、自立和自强的观念,保持良好的心理状态;重视大学四年职业规划;树立正确的择业观,掌握就业市场信息;充分认识自我、发挥自身优势;加强自身素质和能力培养等,才能最终在就业市场中取胜。
Based on female undergraduates themselves, effective ways elaborated and analyzed. It is pointed out that female undergraduates to promote employment competitive force are should establish self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance and self-improvement ideas and maintain good psychological states; pay attention to the career planning of four-year university; form correct concepts of choosing occupation and master the employment market information; well know themselves and make the best of their advantages and enhance their own cultivation of quality and ability to win in the employment market.
