摘要
结合当今经济社会发展的需要,从五方面论述了女大学生就业应具有的素质,即女大学生应具有"四自"精神和进取精神;应掌握面试的技巧;应具有较高的心理承受能力,能正确对待挫折和压力;应该与时俱进,更新观念,不断学习,自我完善;应该躬身实践,增长才干。
Together with the requirement of the social development, the paper elaborates the qualities that female university students should possess.
