摘要
目的:了解我院铜绿假单胞菌及金黄色葡萄球菌在2007年、2008年中的耐药变化,以期合理控制抗菌药物使用及指导临床用药。方法:以美国DADE BHRING公司Microscan Walkway-40全自动微生物分析仪进行菌株鉴定及药敏实验方法(微量MIC板),并对两年耐药结果予以统计学处理。结果:铜绿假单胞菌总体敏感率较高的是亚胺培南、丁胺卡那等,两年间耐药性变化显著的为环丙沙星。金黄色葡萄球菌较敏感的为万古霉素、诺氟沙星、利福平等,未见耐药性显著变化的药物。结论:临床应重视药敏试验结果,严格控制抗菌药物的使用。
Objective:To understand drug-resistance change of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus in our hospital during the year of 2007-2008, and for reasonable control of using antibacterial and guiding clinical medication. Methods:Strains identification and drug-susceptibility test were conducted by Microscan Walkway-40 automatic microbiology analyser of American DADE BHRING company (Drug susceptivity is made by micro MIC board), and drug-resistance result of two years was carried out by statistical treatment. Results:The higher total drug-susceptibility rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was imipenem, amikacin and so on, and the drug resistance of ciprofloxacin varies significantly during the two years. The higher total drug-susceptibility rate of Staphylococcus anreus was vancomycin, norfloxacin, rifampicin and so on, and no drug varies significantly. Conclusion:Pay attention to the result of drug -susceptibility test in clinical practice and the strict contorl of using antibiotics.
