证明标准的最大特性,是其在实际操作中的主观性。在实际操作中,应该客观地确定主观真实要求下的内心确信的证明标准。
The main Characteristic of the standard of proof is that it is subjective in practice. We should objectively establish standard of proof about inner conviction based on the subjective true.
