基于模糊工期的关键链缓冲区设置方法研究 被引量:17

摘要 本文从主观的不确定性角度出发,用简单的三角模糊数描述项目活动工期的不确定性,利用一致指数法将项目中各活动的模糊工期转化为确定工期,并在此基础上结合关键路径法对项目进行缓冲区设置,同时对接驳缓冲区尺寸进行了修正。本文提出的缓冲区估计方法考虑了项目网络结构的特点,使得缓冲区的设置更加科学、合理。 In this paper, fuzzy duration is adopted to describe the uncertainty of project duration from a subjective point of view. Triangular fuzzy numbers are adopted,and the activity duration is determined by agreement index method. Then time buffers are placed based on Critical Path Method ,and the feeding buffer size are corrected. The method proposed for estimating time buffer in this paper,takes into account the characteristics of project network structure so that the buffer can be placed more scientifically and rationally.
