摘要
本文针对曲轴加工中易产生主轴颈直线度误差超差问题,运用I-DEAS软件对其进行了模拟分析;在对软件进行二次开发的基础上,采用特征建模和变量建模的方法,进行曲轴参数化实体建模,实现了曲轴三维实体模型的自动建立.
The I DEAS software is used to analyze.The linear error of main crankshaft which is often apt to change in the producing process. The redevelopment of the software is discusses, and parameter modelling of crankshaft are established by means of feature modeling and variable modeling in order to realize automatic foundation of the three dimensional solid model of crankshaft.
