摘要
通过X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析,对碱激发胶凝材料反应产物的相组成进行探索性分析。结果表明:该碱激发胶凝材料硬化后的反应产物主要是含碱的铝硅酸盐凝胶,并存在未反应的水玻璃,副产物K2SO4是生产物中唯一的晶体物质。含碱的铝硅酸盐凝胶中可固溶Mg,Ca,S,Fe等离子,包裹着起微集料作用的未反应的粉煤灰玻璃微珠与莫来石颗粒,形成高度非均质的复杂体系。
The phase components of reaction products of a sort of alkali-activated metakaolin were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction, infrared spectrophotometer and scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. It was shown that the dominating reaction product was the amorphous aluminosilicate gel containing alkali, and some original water-glass still existed to- gether with the reaction products. K2SO4 as a minor product, was the only crystal matter in the new products. Alkaline-earth metal ions such as Mg, Ca, S, Fe could be solid dissolved in aluminosilicate gel; tmreacted micro glass beads and mullite grains as micro-aggregate were wrapped by gel, a very heterogeneous complicated system were formed whereupon.
