根据Raman光谱定量分析的基本原理,分析了高温Raman光谱定量分析中存在的主要困难及可能的解决方法,得出高温Raman光谱定量分析的基本途径。
According to quantitative analysis of Raman spectroscopy, the main difficulty in quantitative analysis of high temperature Raman spectroscopy has been summed and the way to quantitative analysis elicited.
