摘要
目的:探讨原因不明习惯性流产人类白细胞抗原(HLA)免疫疗法的实验检测及临床意义。方法:用血清方法对36例流产3次以上患者及其配偶进行HLA检测,并给予淋巴细胞免疫治疗。结果:治疗后妊娠成功29例,成功率87.5%。结论:皮内注射丈夫淋巴细胞治疗原因不明习惯性流产疗效肯定,且简便安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To discuss the experimental evaluation and clinical significance of human leukoyte antigen （HLA）immunization therapy of habitual abortion on unknown causes. Methods：Thirty-six patients who had abortion over 3 times and their husbands were detected of the HLA by serum assay. Results： Twenty-nine of the 36 cases treated with lymphocyte therapy were successful in pregnancy,the success rate being 87.5%. Conclusions：Intradermic injection of the husband＇s lymphocyte is effective in treatment of habitual abortion of unknown causes and the therapy is simple and safe in operation. It is worth popularizing.
