摘要
目的:探讨标准外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤的手术方法和疗效。方法:回顾性分析采用标准外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗24例重型颅脑损伤患者的临床资料及疗效。结果:生存20例,生存率83.3%。病死4例,病死率16.7%。20例生存患者,术后随访12个月以上,根据日常生活活动能力分级法,Ⅰ级9例,Ⅱ级7例,Ⅲ级2例,Ⅳ级1例,Ⅴ级1例。结论:标准外伤大骨瓣减压术是治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的有效方法。
Objective： To explore the surgical methods and curative efficacy of the standard large trauma craniectomy on severe traumatic brain injured patients. Methods：The clinical data and efficacy of standard large trauma craniectomy in 24 patients on severe brain trauma from January 2005 to January 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results：There were 20 patients who were survived in 24 patients,accounting for 83. 3%. Four patients were died, the death rate was 16. 7%. A follow-up of more than 12 months were conducted in the 20 survived patients according to the activity of daily living（ADL） grading system ,these patients who belongs to grade I , grade II , grade III, grade IV, and grade V were 9,7,2,1 and 1 respectively. Conclusions ：The curative efficacy of standdard large trauma craniectomy on severe brain trauma is good.
