摘要
目的观察头针配合体针治疗中风后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法按会诊顺序将120例中风偏瘫患者随机分为头针配合体针组(A组)66例和传统针刺组(B组)54例,根据患者的神志、语言、肢体运动功能等进行综合评分,观察两组临床疗效。结果A组基本痊愈6例,显效40例,有效14例,总有效率为90.9%,B组显效14例,有效22例,总有效率为66.7%。与A组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头针配合体针治疗中风急性期、恢复期的疗效优于单纯传统针刺法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture plus body acupuncture in treating postapoplectic hemiplegia. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with postapoplectic hemiplegia were allocated, in order of visits, to a scalp acupuncture plus body acupuncture group (group A) of 66 cases and a conventional acupuncture group (group B) of 54 cases. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated according to the global score of the patients' consciousness, language and limb function in the two groups. Results In group A, basic cure occurred in 6 cases, marked efficacy in 40 cases and efficacy in 14 cases, with a total efficacy rate of 90.9%. In group B, marked efficacy in 14 cases and efficacy in 22 cases, with a total efficacy rate of 66.7%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of scalp acupuncture plus body acupuncture is superior to that of conventional acupuncture in treating the acute and restoration stages of stroke.
