摘要
目的研究破淤通络汤对脑梗死的疗效。方法对64例确诊脑梗死患者应用破淤通络汤治疗后临床疗效观察对比,评价药物疗效。结果试验组患者治疗前后症状明显改善,对照组改善不明显。治疗前后神志、语言、运动功能的恢复程度在两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论破瘀通络汤可以显著改善脑梗死患者的神志、语言、运动功能。
Objective To study the efficiaey of PoyuTongluo soup of cerebral infarction. Methods Ways of 64 cases diagnosed in patients with cerebral infarction application broken silt Tongluo Decoction Clinical observation after treatment comparison, evaluation of drug efficacy. Results The results of the test group before and after treatment in patients with significant improvement in symptoms, improvement in the control group was not obvious. Before and after treatment in mind, language, motor function recovery at the differences between the two groups was significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions PoyuTongluo soup can significantly improve the mind, language, motor function of patients with cerebral infarction.
