摘要
微波测量系统被广泛用于各种无线电专业领域的信号测量,介绍了在微波测量中由于阻抗失配引起的测量误差分析。分别从负载阻抗匹配、信号源阻抗匹配以及信号源和负载阻抗匹配三个方面详细分析了不同阻抗失配情况下引起的测量误差,对于微波测量中的误差分析具有一定理论指导作用。
Microwave measurement system is widely used for signal measurement of various radio special fields. Introduction was made to measurement error analysis caused by resistance mismatching in microwave measurement. Detailed analysis was made to measurement error in different resistance mismatching from load resistance matching, signal source resistance matching and resistance matching between signal source and load, which is with certain theory guidance function for error analysis in microwave measurement.
