摘要
最初认为帕金森病是单纯累及锥体外系的运动障碍性疾病,但是非运动症状如神经精神症状、自主神经功能障碍、睡眠障碍、嗅觉障碍等也很常见。这些非运动症状通常被误诊或没有给予足够的重视。本文介绍帕金森病的非运动症状的表现、相关因素、发病机制及治疗。
Parkinson＇s disease was primarily considered to be a movement disorder affecting only the extrapyramidal system. Although the non-motor symptoms such as neuropsychiatric symptoms, dysautonomia, sleep disturbances and olfactory dysfunction, etc. , were also common, they were often misdiagnosed or neglected. This paper would review the manifestation, relevant factors, pathogenesis and treatment of non-motor symptoms of Parkinsoffs disease.
