摘要
农业产业集群是农业、农村经济发展的重要产业组织形式。研究表明:安徽省农业产业集群尚处于生产要素导向的初级阶段,存在区位优势不明显、经济发展要素稀缺、市场体系不完善以及政府政策失灵等诸多问题。文章从安徽省农业资源的特征与现状出发,构建了安徽农业产业集群发展的主体要素模型,并就其网络系统、发展模式及演化机理进行了细致分析,最后提出加强安徽省农业产业集群发展的政策建议。
Agricultural industry cluster is one of industrial organization forms of modern agriculture. It shows the fact in this study that agricultural industry clusters lie in primary factor-oriented period, together with many problems to be settled in Anhui province. This article employes a principal-factor model of the development of agricultural industry cluster to analyze its network system, developing model and evolving mechanism based on the present situations and characteristics of its resources in Anhui. Finally, it gives some effective suggests to promote agricultural industril cluster for reference of policy-makers.
