摘要
目的为提高阿司匹林的药效且减少其对胃肠道的不良反应,从而为阿司匹林新剂型的研发提供方向。方法通过分析与归纳文献内容等方法对阿司匹林不同剂型的研究意义、方法及结果等进行了论述。结果提出了当前的肠溶剂、缓释或控释剂、复方制剂、泡腾片等剂型的研究现状和存在的问题,指明了阿司匹林剂型的研究趋势和发展方向。结论缓释控释剂型将是阿司匹林剂型的发展方向。选择合适的辅料,简化制备工艺,降低成本,提高药效将是未来研究的重点。
OBJECTIVE To enhance the effect of aspirin and reduce its side effects on gastrointestinal tract, this paper guides the research of new dosage forms of aspirin. METHODS The significance, methods and results of different dosage forms are summarized by generalizing and contrasting. RESULTS The new dose forms include enteric coated aspirin, con-trolled-release and prolonged-release aspirin, compound aspirin, effervescent tablets, et al. Based on the analysis of the recent developments and problems, the prospects of the new dose forms are put forward. CONCLUSION Controlled-release and pro-longed-release aspirin is the trend of research, and the key is to choose suitable minor ingredients, simplify preparation technolo-gies, lower the cost and enhance the effect.
