摘要
农业新的技术革命不仅是科学技术内部矛盾运动的结果，也是我国农业和农村经济发展的客观要求，世界农业的每次飞跃，都是农业技术重大突破与应用的结果。新的农业技术革命不仅包括科学理论及高新技术的重大突破，也包括技术体系的根本性质变，其根本目的是实现农业新的产业革命。农业新的技术革命可望在品种改良，包括提高产量、增强抗性和改进品质等方面取得重大进展。
Carrying on a new technological revolution in agriculture,results not only from the internal movement of science and technology,but also from the objective demand for devcloping agricultural and rural economy in China.Every leap in world agriculture has been attributed to the breakthrough and application of new agricultural technology.New technological revolution in agriculturce,which includes not only a breakthrough in science theories,butalso an essential change of the technological systcm,is an intricate,opening systems engineering,and it aims to realize new industrial revolution in agriculture.New technological revolution is cxpected to make great progress in raising yields,strengening resistances,and improving quality for crops.
