摘要
分析了近代全球两次农业技术革命的目标和得失,指出新的第三次农业技术革命的全球性质和基本主题,并提出了我国迎接新的农业技术革命的主要对策。
The objective and gain and loss of the previous agro-technology revolutions in the world are analyzed. The global extension of the third revolution and its basic themes are pointed out. The countermeasures for China to face the new agro-technology revolution are put forward.
