摘要
以小麦幼苗为材科,利用溶液培养调节其中的N、P、K含量,用PEG-6000控制溶液水势,研究不同营养水平对受水分胁迫的小麦幼苗水分关系的影响。试验的肥料水平,以正常Hoagland液为对照,另设低、中、高三级的N、P、K水平。在以上各级营养水平下培养7天的小麦苗,再给予中度和严重两级水分胁迫处理,2天后进行有关测定。结果表明:适当的无机营养水平可以提高受水分胁迫的小麦苗的水势,使其保持较高的组织含水量,改善了其水分状况,自由水/束缚水比例增大,NR活性相对较高,说明适当的营养水平,有利于植物体内的代谢活动。这些可能是“以肥调水”的部分原因。
The Effects of differnt levels of inorganic nutrients on winter wheat seedlings under water streeses were studied using cultural solution containing different N, P, K concentrations and solution's osmotic potential regulated by PEG-6000.And the other three levels of nutrients of N, P, K were established.Wheat seedlings cultured in the above mentioned three ledels of nutrients for 7 days were treated with the medium and severe water streesses of 0.7 MPa and -1.0MPa.The determination was carried out after two days of water stresses.The results showed that wheat seedlings treated with rational level of inorganic nutrierts before experiencing water stress had a higher leaf water potential and relative water contents compared with control's. this indicated that this treatment improved crop water conditions; free water/bound water ratio and the NR activity were increased, which means that rational nutrtent levels were benefit for metabolisms in plant's cells experiencing water stresses.All the results were likely to account for the physiological reasons of crop water use efficiency regulated by fertilizers.
