摘要
分别用加有不同浓度的PEG6000(0,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%)的MS培养液模拟干旱胁迫,胁迫第3、9、15 d,测定植株增高、植株增重量、相对含水量和可溶性糖含量。用加有PEG600015%MS培养液胁迫的同时施加不同浓度(0,5,10,15mmol/L)的CaC l2,测定植株增高、植株增重量、相对含水量和可溶性糖含量。
Dendrobium nolie Lindl seedlings were drought stressed in MS cultural solutions with different concentrations of PEC,6000 (0,5% ,10%, 15% ,20% ,25% ). Then increment of height and fresh weight, relative water content and soluble suger content was determined. Dendrobium nolie Lindl seedlings were drought stressed in MS cultural solutions with 15% PEG6000, treated with different concentrations of CaCl2 (0,5,10,15mmol/L).
