摘要
天津泰达市民文化广场金字塔钢结构及幕墙支承体系由两个垂直立面与一个斜面组成,其中两个垂直立面由菱形分割的双管平面桁架与单层索网幕墙支承体系组成。对垂直立面单层索网结构的受力性能进行分析,在此基础上研究了索网多种张拉施工方案。在考虑单层索网支承体系与双管平面桁架相互作用的基础上进行了多种张拉施工方案的全过程数值模拟分析,对不同张拉方案进行了分析和比较,从而确定了优选的张拉施工方案。
The steel tube structure and curtain wall supporting system of Tianjin Taida Civilian Plaza's pyramid consists of two vertical facades and an inclined plane. The diamond-shoped steel tube truss, along with the curtain supporting system of single-layer cable net, constructs the two vertical facades. The mechanical properties of above mentioned single-layer cable-net structures in two vertical planes were studied firstly. Based on this understanding, several tension schemes for single-layer cable-net were further investigated theoretically. Besides, the numerical simulation of different tension schemes throughout the history of construction and tensioning was carried out, taking into consideration of the interaction between the single-layer cable-net structure and steel tube truss. Finally, a comparison was made among the different tension schemes and the optimal tension scheme was determined. As a result, the sequence tension forces of cables were given according to this optimal tension scheme, and were used in this engineering project directly.
