水平荷载作用下点支式玻璃建筑单层索网体系的变形性能分析 被引量:8

The Deflection Performance Analysis of Single-layer Cable Net for Point-supporting Glass Curtain Under Horizontal Load

摘要 单层索网幕墙是一种新型的点支式柔性玻璃幕墙体系,因其具有通透性好、轻盈美观和施工灵活等特点得到广泛应用。但是在设计分析时需要考虑预应力和几何非线性大变形的影响,难度有所增加。参照北京新保利大厦二期工程单层索网玻璃幕墙,于清华大学结构工程实验室建立了1∶10比例的试验模型。本文采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对含主次索的复杂单层索网模型在水平荷载作用下的变形性能进行分析,并比较预应力和玻璃刚度的影响。通过有限元分析结果和试验数据的对比,验证有限元计算方法和结果的可靠性,为实际工程设计提供依据。 Single-layer cable net is a new kind of flexible point-supporting system and has been used widely for its fine transparence, light weight and flexible construction etc. But it brings lots of difficulties in the design and the analysis of cable net because of the influence of prestress and large deflection. Referring to the design of single-layer cable net of beijing new baoli mansion ,a 1 : 10 test model was devised in the structural engineering laboratory of Tsinghua University. This article analyses the deflection performance of complex single-layer cable net model under the horizontal load by the finite element analysis software -ANSYS. The influences of prestress and glass stiffness are considered. Comparing the analysis results by the finite element analysis software with the experimental data, the authors verify the reliability of the methods and the results of the finite element model and give some important references to the design of the real project.
