摘要 阐述了硫醇氧化催化剂JX-2A和JX-2A^+的性能。试验证明:JX-2A和JX-2A^+具有硫醇氧化活性高、稳定性好等特点,同时验证了硫醇氧化转化需要氧的参与,硫醇转化效果与氧含量密切相关。试验表明,TBHP(叔丁基过氧化氢)可以作为液化石油气脱硫脱臭工艺的氧源。JX-2A^+在以TBHP为氧源,液相及常温条件下,可有效地氧化硫醇,且无碱液排放。 The catalytic performances of JX-2A and JX-2A^+ for mercaptan oxidation are described. Experiments showed that the catalysts JX-2A and JX-2A^+ had high mercaptan oxidation activity and good stability. Test results also proved that mereaptan oxidation needs oxygen and the result of mereaptan oxidation is correlated with the oxygen content. TBHP(Tert-butyl hydrogen peroxide) can be used as the source of oxygen in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) desulfurization and sweetening process. JX-2A ^+ can efficiently oxidate mercaptan in LPG into disulfides with TBHP at ambient temperature in liquid phase, without emission of alkali liquid.
