摘要
以苦参为底物,采用丙酮-BrO3--Mn2+-H2SO4振荡体系,探讨了苦参浓度、酸度、温度以及加入丙二酸和Cu2+对振荡反应的影响规律,并得出第一周期、第二周期的反应级数分别为0.9660和1.4262,周期表观活化能分别为111.027 kJ.mol-1和148.453 kJ.mol-1。分析了苦参振荡行为的原因及可能的机理。
The influence factors were investigated in oscillation reaction system Acetone-KBrO3-MnSO4- H2SO4 with Lighiyellow sophora root (LSR) as substrate, which included concentration, acidity, tempeature and adding Cu^2+ or malonic acid. For the first period and the second period, the reaction order calculated was 0. 9660,1. 4262,and the apparent activation energy was 111. 027 kJ · mol^-1 , 148. 453 kJ·mol^-1 , respectively. The reaction mechanism was simply discussed.
