摘要
对近年来脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的定量分析方法的进展进行了评述,列出了重要的反应体系及分析特征。
A review on the recent progress of methods for quantitative determination of DNA is presented.The important reaction systems and their analytical characteristics are listed.
